Allerkid Circle of Experts Event (A.C.E.s) at Kidzania Manila

My 3 kids used to have asthma attacks when they were a little younger, thank God it's been almost 2 years that we haven't used our nebulizer . Yay! Maybe because of the medicine our Pediatrician recommended years ago to prevent their simple cough ,colds and rashes that lead to asthma and other serious diseases. They also have sensitive skins due to allergens, which may cause atopic dermatitis.  The reason why we always have stock of this medicine in our cupboard and refrigerator. We call it the miracle medicine aka Allerkid. Ü


Cetirizine Allerkid is the Most-doctor prescribed and No. 1 Allergy Medicine for kids. It is effective in relieving allergy symptoms of Allergic Rhinitis such as sneezing, nasal itching, watery eyes or what we call as “hatsing-singhot-kamot”. During the exclusive event, allergy education on the signs, symptoms and management of the condition was presented by Dr. Shirley Kwong, an allergist from the Philippine Society of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (PSAAI) and Mr. Ony Carcamo, a renowned-ventriloquist to capture both the doctors and their kids through edutainment. The event was used as a venue to promote the Allergy Club of PSAAI, which aims to educate patients about their allergic diseases to help them control their allergies and improve their quality of life.

Goldilocks Celebrates 50 Sweet and Delightful Years of Bringing World-Class Products to Filipinos All Over The World

I grew up in a family where every occassion and gathering, at least a cake is always present- may it be simple or grand. Because we also believe in Julia Child's quote... "A party without CAKE is just a meeting." Cakes are special. Every birthday, every celebration ends with something sweet, a cake. Most of us have fond memories of food from our childhood. I will never forget how, as a little girl, would always wait for my birthday, my siblings and would always want to attend bithday parties because of the cake and its edible flower decorations from Goldilocks.

Employees, friends, loyal customers, and members of traditional and online media were treated to a carefree and fun-filled experience at the amusement park, in keeping with the celebratory atmosphere of the 50th year anniversary. We were grateful to be part of this celebration on its second day, as it was also my Unica's 5th birthday.

Good Housekeeping MUMS : Newest Gathering for all moms in the city



Good Housekeeping Philippines, the leading family and home magazine in the country, in partnership with SmartParenting.com.ph and Yummy magazine, recently held the newest gathering of Modern Urban Moms (MUMS) on May 28 , Saturday at the SM Mall of Asia Main Mall.

MUMS of Manila was a whole-day event where moms could SHOP, LEARN and ENJOY. Moms who attended were able to SHOP from 30 concessionaires offering the latest products covering beauty and wellness, food, kids and home, among others; LEARN from a series of talks from Good Housekeeping editors and experts; and ENJOY games, raffles, prizes, entertainment and booth activities.

For hardworking moms who don't want to compromise style and beauty, Elaine Natividad, Beauty and Features Editor of Good Housekeeping, shared "10 ways to style Your Scarf," while Ara Fernando, Lancome PH Ambassador for Make-up, conducted a "Basic Brow Masterclass." For moms who face the perpetual problem of clutter, Editor-in-Chief Tisha talked about organizing homes with " Say Goodbye to Kalat." Simple physical exercises at home were presented by Managing Editor Angela Constantino Aquino in "Health Hacks," while Anika Ventura, professional travel and lifestyle wrter and editor, talked about "Everyday Fitness." Roselle Miranda, Good Housekeeping's Food Editor, demonstrated some no-cook dishes for moms pressed for time. And lastly, a calligraphy class was conducted by Staff Writer Nicole Sindiong, together with professional teacher and calligraphy artist Paola Esteron.

Royal Enfield to open its first exclusive store in Manila, Philippines



Royal Enfield, the oldest motorcycle brand in continuous production is set to open its first exclusive store in the capital city of Philippines – Manila. Royal Enfield’s distributors - Hardcore Brothers Customs Motorcycles Inc. have been responsible for supplying, marketing, reselling, distribution and servicing of Royal Enfield products in the Philippines.

Nickelodeon Slime Cup Run : A slime-tastic run to beat the summer heat with the Family and Furry Friends

During my younger years, I used to be the "Lydia de Vega" of our class. A little boast here but it's true. I run the fastest. Since then, I always wanted to engage in sports and hopefully pass it on to my children.

Last May 29, 2016 at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds was my first fun run ever after I had an operation. I got a go signal from my doctors, so that's a Yay! I was so happy, even more excited because I'll be running with my youngest child, my Unica. It was her first fun run too. What's more awesome is that it's organized by  her favorite channel, Nickelodeon.



There were 3 categories. There’s the 200M DASH for kids 7 years old & below, 1K RUN for human and dog, and 3K RUN for everyone! Since she's only 4 that time (she turned 5 last June 2) we ran for the 200M dash. Parents/Guardians were asked if we will be running side by side with our kids, or will let them run by themselves. My daughter said that she'll run by herself (what a brave and courageous little girl I've got) . But of course can't resist not to run with her, I just took her video to document her first run.  Actually, she almost  left  me behind. She runs faster than I am. Here's a snippet of the 200M dash run for girls aged 7 and below.



Bikini Bottom stars who also happen to be Nickelodeon's Slime Cup Run ambassadors were also present to join in the fun. The kids and kids-at-heart were thrilled.

The fun factor in the fun run was doubled as runners did not only run, they got slimed as well. But Since Nickelodeon is considerate of everyone’s feelings, they made sure we got an option to pass through a special lane at the end of the run where it is absolutely slime-free! My daughter got slimed, I opted to pass through the special lane. ( hehe)


After everyone's done with the run and passed through the slime tunnel, we headed into the shower area in the Slime Hub to clean off  the green goo. 

When we were all cleaned up,we visited various booths and did some activities which were facilitated by Nickelodeon's partners. Nickelodeon's Slime Cup Run was made possible with the support of the sponsors such as Barbie, Hapee Kiddie Toothpaste, Jiggels, Magnolia Chocolait, Milkita Lollipops, Plus! Juice Drink, Skechers kids, Propan TLC drops with Zinc and Toy Kingdom

My dad passed away when I was in College. A relative who's a financial advisor in an insurance company talked to me and encouraged me  to get a plan from her. Philippine Marketing Association - 47th National Marketing Conference says "Hello ASEAN"
